That's Reagan-speak for happy birthday. I was super suprised to walk into work to find my 2 girls wearing party hats. There were balloons everywhere and even a cake! They did a great job of singing too. What a great start to the day, especially the chocolate cake for breakfast!
The bottom picture is Reagan in a new outfit that I got her. She's a sexy beast. If you don't believe me, just ask her and she will tell you! (in those exact words!)
