What do you do when apples are 88 cents a pound? Make applesauce! I took some to my baby group and they were quite happy.

the first is a building that i pass a lot and love. it's waiting for a demolition i think, but there's something about it that always catches my eye. the others are from driving around. the pointy church one was taken out of the moon roof of my car while sitting at a stoplight.

well, i did it

........i joined a gym. the only reason is that it is directly in between my office and home and only $10 a month. i've actually never been in it yet, but have a friend that goes and says that it's awesome. plus, there's no commitment. what do i have to lose? oh yeah, $10. hopefully this will help me from plumping up for winter and work off some work stress.

Go ABC!

In watching a little Sunday night tv I came accross the show Brothers and Sisters. I don't really watch much tv, but this has some great actors in it and caught my attention. Sally Field, Calista Flockhard, Rob Lowe, etc. There are 2 gay men who are married in the show. The way that they are a part of the show makes it seem "normal," which it is. Men can fall in love with men and women with women. It's really okay. I am so proud at the way this show portrays gay couples. The picture is of the wedding of the men that took place on the prime time show. Way to go ABC!
