sunday work day

I have realized how hard it is for me to get work done at home. For awhile I was sitting in the library, but it kept getting louder and louder. It was also hard to concentrate with the massive tour groups of high school students. So here I am at Panera. Unlimited coffee (maybe that's not a good thing), free wi-fi, and a nice big table to sprawl my stuff out. While it can be distracting, especially for someone like me with NO attention span, it makes me stay put instead of finding other things around my apt. Thank you Panera.

Thanksgiving

I spent some of the day with Maya. In the first picture she was enjoying a lemmon. Maya and me! Enjoying the feast-tofu, rice pilaf, and asparagus. Playing with some "leaves".

Another snack tip

Here's another snack that I enjoy. Just thought I would take advantage of my laptop camera and share. As you can see they are Gluten free. They are also low in calories and do not contain soy or tree nuts. Enjoy!
I picked mine up at Whole Foods.

YEA!!!!!!!!!!

I was SO excited for election day. I got up wicked early to get to the polls before they opened. They were correct in predicting there would be lines. Mine actually moved pretty quick. I even had time to stop at Starbucks for my free coffee on my way to Quincy!
Watching the results come in was so exciting! The outcome was even better!

Friday in the park with Lars

We found a great park that is close to the appt. that I take Lars to Friday afternoons. He LOVES the swing. It's so nice and he can sit in it all by himself. I'm sure there won't be many more afternoons that are warm enough to do this.
