more cooking

Today included a brutal 40 minutes on the treadmill, a trip to Whole Foods, and some cooking. It has been awhile since I have made the corn and tomato salad (seen below) that I love. I made it a lot over the summer, and had kind of forgotten about it. Thankfully, it's super easy and makes a lot. Plenty for the week. For tomorrow's weekend team meeting at work, I am making Blueberry Cheesecake Squares. Ed and I traveled to Kittery, ME for some outlet shopping. That of course made a trip up the road to Stonewall Kitchen a must. The recipe is from them. The crust is baking now, we'll see how it turns out.
