...probably not. I saw a picture on the front of a Martha Stewart magazine of something that looked quite delicious. (See photo #1) It is made up of 2 biscuits filled with whipped cream (from scratch kids) and fresh berries. It was quite challenging. What is with the picture of the bottle of wine you might ask? Well, I ended up drinking about a 1/2 of a bottle due to the stress of making this #$%^er.

REAL whipped cream is the only way to go. Sometimes I make it just so I can eat it - by itself of maybe with a strawberry ;o) Your biscuit/cake looks lovely.
