I think they change the rules on parking daily. It sucks.

I feel your pain - we live near Wrigley Field and got towed one night! We were parked in front of our apartment and didn't have the Cubs parking sticker...and they came and took it! We had to go down into the ghetto of west Chicago at 10pm to get the car. Not so fun...and it was quite expensive. But we laugh about it now :o)
